Bath Remodel- 1920's Sears House
Project Details: Removed old tub, lavatory, wall tile, carpet, radiator, wood flooring under carpet, some of the plaster walls. Installed new foam insulation, re-plumbed for new shower lavatory and clawfoot tub, re-wired for new lighting, vent fan, heated floor and new outlets. Installed heated tile floor, marble shower, new vanity with marble sink, recessed medicine cabinet, beadboard wainscoting on walls with custom picture shelving, new crown molding and clawfoot tub which had been restored by the owners.
